The 20-person conference room at Philemon House is a comfortable, quiet and secure meeting space equipped with white board, digital projector, air conditioner, DVD player, and a kitchenette with tea and coffee service.

 

Guests may enjoy a coffee break on the adjoining terrace in between meetings. Food for coffee breaks, as well as lunch and dinner meals, can be arranged ahead of time with the guesthouse manager.

 

Use of the conference room costs $50 per day, $25 for half day but is discounted for guests staying at the guesthouse.

Besides meetings, the room may also be reserved for parties--birthdays, goodbyes, bridal or baby showers, graduation celebrations, and more.
